SecureScribe is designed to take in audio or text, route the job through the right processing stages, and prepare the final result for secure delivery. You choose the service you want. The system handles the workflow.
Start by submitting either an audio file or a text file through the upload page. Audio files are used for transcription-based services. Text files are used for translation-only services.
Select the job type you want, choose the source language, and if needed, choose a target language. You can also request translated audio when supported.
SecureScribe routes the job automatically through the correct path: transcription, translation, audio generation, or a combination of these.
Depending on the service selected, the system can create a transcript, a translated text file, a translated audio file, or the full chain from audio input through translated speech output.
Completed work is prepared for protected delivery. This can include packaging, archive generation, and the delivery workflow used by SecureScribe.
Each submission receives a job ID. That allows the work to be tracked through the pipeline as it moves from intake to completion.
Audio-based services should be submitted with supported audio formats such as WAV, MP3, M4A, MP4, MPEG, MPGA, WEBM, or OGG. Translation-only services should be submitted with supported text formats such as TXT, MD, or RTF.
SecureScribe is built to route submitted material through a controlled processing pipeline and prepare results for secure handling and delivery.
